The hotel is perfectly situated near the Plovdiv Mall, making it easy for my companions and me to explore the vibrant shopping and dining scene without straying too far from our peaceful refuge. Our room was a haven of comfort, featuring a soundproof design, a cozy bed that earned a solid 10/10 from my wife-who luckily found relief from her usual back discomfort-and stylish decor that mirrored the hotel's chic aesthetic. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection, which catered to various dietary preferences and set us up for a day of exploring the historical sites of Plovdiv, including the nearby Roman Theatre. What truly stood out was the dedicated staff; they exemplified top-notch customer service, promptly addressing our needs and even offering complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day. Este Park Hotel has my highest recommendation for any traveler seeking an exquisite and relaxing stay in Plovdiv.
