Our room was a haven of comfort, featuring a soundproof design, a cozy bed that earned a solid 10/10 from my wife-who luckily found relief from her usual back discomfort-and stylish decor that mirrored the hotel's chic aesthetic. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast selection, which catered to various dietary preferences and set us up for a day of exploring the historical sites of Plovdiv, including the nearby Roman Theatre. What truly stood out was the dedicated staff; they exemplified top-notch customer service, promptly addressing our needs and even offering complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day.
